Use customer text messaging as a configured workflow for supported follow-up, confirmations, and callback communication after the call.
Roadmap
QuickBooks is the next targeted integration on the roadmap for customer context and cleaner office follow-up, but it is not live today.
Housecall Pro is a possible future integration on the BookedOnCall roadmap for shops that want the assistant to fit their existing field-service workflow.
