What happens if I go over my minutes?

If you exceed your plan's included minutes, additional minutes are billed at $0.75/minute at the end of your billing cycle. You'll receive a notification when you're at 80% of your included minutes so there are no surprises.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee, ever. Your first month's subscription is collected when you activate your account. Onboarding and configuration support is included at no extra charge.

Can I cancel anytime?
