Roadmap
BookedOnCall + ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan is a planned integration for larger shops that want BookedOnCall intake to fit their CSR, capacity, approval, and dispatch process.
Roadmap note 1
Roadmap: ServiceTitan-aware call intake and CSR handoff.
Roadmap note 2
Core product: BookedOnCall can still capture caller details and route callbacks without a ServiceTitan connection.
Roadmap note 3
Current status: planned, not available.
How to move it forward
Tell us where ServiceTitan should fit.
ServiceTitan is planned for call intake and CSR handoff. It is not available in BookedOnCall today, and the sequence may change as customer needs and the product develop.
Capture clean caller details
The planned first scope is cleaner intake notes and customer context for ServiceTitan shops. The connection is not currently available.
Respect CSR and dispatch control
A first release would likely stay narrow: callback handoff, CSR-reviewed scheduling support, and clear intake before anything affects dispatch-sensitive workflows.
Prioritize demand safely
Tell us you use ServiceTitan and what workflow matters most. Do not paste tenant IDs, client secrets, app keys, booking-provider tags, or credentials.
See supported integrations
Review the configurable workflows that are ready during setup.
See the core product flow
See how BookedOnCall moves from first ring to booked appointment, booking request, or callback handoff.
Read sample calls
Hear how the assistant flow captures details, routes callbacks, and supports booking paths.
Want ServiceTitan on the roadmap?
Tell us you use ServiceTitan and what workflow matters most. This is a roadmap interest signal, not a live integration request, and you should not paste provider credentials.
You bring the basics
Trade, service area, hours, call types, and the best phone path.
Rules get reviewed
Booking, pricing, urgency, and owner-review rules are checked before callers rely on them.
Callers hear it after review
Place a setup review call before missed or overflow calls forward to BookedOnCall.
