Housecall Pro is planned for call intake and office handoff. It is not available in BookedOnCall today, and the sequence may change as customer needs and the product develop.
The planned first scope is cleaner call notes and customer context for Housecall Pro shops. The connection is not currently available.
A first release would likely stay narrow: callback handoff, office-reviewed scheduling support, and clear intake before anything gets added to another system.
